UN & WHO Efforts rebuilding lives Inspired by extreme makeover - ‘One heartbeat = one million lives saved’ koko #globalfamily
There are humanitarian efforts across the globe provided by governments and non-governmental organisations for example the World Health Organisation and the United Nations that aid in war and disaster zones these structures work with the communities to rebuild damaged cities and the people affected by war and other disasters.
Meanwhile at home with Koko and Teddy:
Koko: ‘Welcome home honey’
Teddy: ‘Koko it’s good to be home the kitchen looks amazing.’
Koko: ‘How was the tour? Did you bring me something pretty?’
Teddy: ‘Check the bag Koko. We were surveying a disaster zone on behalf of the for UN and WHO to evaluate the cost of rebuilding’
Koko: ‘It’s a shame about the war and all the damage caused because to beautiful historical buildings, roads, and artwork.’
Teddy: ‘Yes Koko especially when the tourism is for such countries’
Koko: ‘So Teddy how is your team going to assist?’
Teddy:‘Once we have evaluated the cost, the UN and WHO will finance the engineering works, to rebuild and preserve buildings, relink the cities and artwork whilst providing healthcare’
Koko:‘I hope they get the medical attention they need and rebuild hospital as quick as possible. It is amazing that they preserve historical heritages across the globe.’
Teddy:‘Grab the artwork I bought you Koko.’
Koko:‘Thank you honey’
Teddy: What’s for dinner?’
Koko: 'We can pick up dinner on the way home from the docks. Kraken has been released from quarantine and can come home tonight.'
Teddy: ' I have missed our dog, lets not discuss quarantine tonight. It's an important part of my work and I want to eat tonight'
Koko: 'Okay sweetheart I will just grab my keys and we will heard out.'
Teddy: 'He has been released just in time for my homecoming.'
